Dan Berkovitz, class of 1982, is a Partner at Wilmer Hale in Washington D.C. where he Co-Chairs the firm’s Futures and Derivatives practice. Prior to Wilmer Hale, Mr. Berkovitz served as General Counsel to the CFTC under the Obama administration capping off a 30-year public servant career. Mr. Berkovitz now awaits confirmation from the United States Senate.
