“Crypto for Lawyers: Legal Ethics & Regulatory Developments” is a new free (self-paced) online course consisting of video lectures and recorded interviews developed by the UC Center for Business Law SF.
Professor Abe Cable discusses legal ethics issues involving crypto, including a Q&A with Kenneth Herzinger & Erin Zatlin from law firm Paul Hastings. In addition, you will learn about the regulatory status of crypto, including from Flavia Naves, the general counsel of Circle, a major issuer of stablecoins and related crypto products.
No prior expertise in crypto required!
