Vlad Kroll is a corporate partner in Kirkland’s San Francisco office. Vlad’s practice is focused primarily on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their businesses, including structuring and negotiating various strategic and leveraged acquisitions of public and private targets, divestures, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, senior and subordinated debt financings, equity financings, minority and venture capital investments, restructurings, executive compensation matters, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
