Lindsay Sparks is partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office. Ms. Sparks focuses her practice on leveraged finance and other debt capital market transactions. She has particular experience representing borrowers in secured lending matters, including reserve-based revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, acquisition financings, cash-flow and margin stock loans, second lien and subordinated debt facilities, private debt offerings, and other corporate and real estate financings (both secured and unsecured).
