Jennifer Taylor is a partner in O’Melveny’s restructuring and corporate finance practice groups. She represents clients in connection with workout transactions and represents clients in Chapter 11 reorganizations. She regularly represents investors in connection with distressed acquisitions of businesses and debt. She also negotiates debt financing transactions of all varieties, including financings for leveraged buyouts, secured and unsecured working capital facilities, mezzanine loans, high yield, venture debt, and DIP financing for debtors in bankruptcy.
