Jennifer Hagle is a transactional bankruptcy lawyer with over 25 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, both nationally and in California. Her practice principally focuses on representing holders of senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt in both public and private middle market and large cap deals. Her clients include banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions in a wide range of industries, including aviation, media, coal, clean energy (ethanol and biofuels), technology, internet gaming, retail and restaurants, healthcare, hospitality, for-profit higher education and real estate. Jennifer also has significant experience in the area of corporate finance, having represented a number of lenders and borrowers with respect to loan originations and merger and acquisition transactions in non-distressed deals.
