Jolene is Vice President and General Counsel of Delicato Family Vineyards in Napa, California, which has vineyards and winery properties throughout California and has been owned and operated by four generations of the Indelicato Family. The Delicato Legal Department practice encompasses all aspects of winery operations, including M&A, corporate governance, trade and regulatory, domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment counseling, litigation, real estate and environmental matters, policy analysis and development, and general corporate representation. She is the Chair Emeritus of the Delicato Women’s Leadership Initiative
