Todd Hamblet is responsible for Uber’s global corporate matters, including M&A. His team’s mandate includes typical matters, such as all of the company’s fundraising activity (equity and debt), credit facilities, M&A, board and shareholder matters and general corporate governance and maintenance matters. He also coordinates with other G&A functions such as accounting, tax and stock, and works closely with Uber’s compensation/benefits and HR teams (among others).
